Taher Taheri is a licensed attorney in Afghanistan and holds Master’s degree in Civil Law from the Ahlul Bayat International University of Tehran. He obtained his Bachelor’s degree in Law from Azad University of Tehran.

Mr. Taheri is a part time lecturer at Kateb University in Kabul and teaches academic and vocational subjects to undergraduate students.

Mr. Taheri served as a legal advisor to both the Afghan Minister and the Ministry of Justice. That experience provided him with substantial knowledge about the legal field and fully exposed him to the judicial system of Afghanistan.

Mr. Taheri has also published several research papers on various subjects of Family Law and Commercial Law.

At Kakar Advocates, Mr. Taheri has successfully represented clients at all stages before the Afghan courts in numerous complex and high value cases.
